Made with wit

My disposition as an artist is naturally inclined to find cultural resonances in the everyday world. My aim is to execute work with sufficient craft, wit and intelligence to make looking at my pictures a rewarding, regenerative and life-affirming experience.

What is your style?

My disposition as an artist is naturally inclined to find cultural resonances in the everyday world. my aim is to execute work with sufficient craft, wit and intelligence to make looking at my pictures a rewarding, regenerative and life-affirming experience.

How did you become an artist?

The most important influence in my early artistic development came from the head of art at my local comprehensive school, where I responded with enthusiasm to the idea of producing paintings and drawings as a result of looking at things in a thoughtful and concentrated way.
